AGING: Barriques previously used for alcoholic processed wines.

DESCRIPTION: This grappa is obtained from the distillation of Barolo pomaces. It's amber-colored for the long refinement in little casks where it acquired an aromatic sensory mark very deep and at the same time a great of softness. The scent is wide, pleasant and intense of vanilla with light spicy notes; the flavor is soft and of character.

PACKAGING:every bottle is wrapped by hand.
