Sauvignon Raif
The high location of this vineyard, about 600 m, as well as the favourable
temperature fluctuations are decisive for this aromatic wine.
Falling winds in the evening lower the temperature and guarantee an optimal
development of the grape.
Names: From typo to cult status. Since the grapes of the Sauvignon ripened
faster, people wanted to name the wine after it. At some point, someone at the
winery mixed up the spelling and voila - the new name Raif was born.
Label: The label shows the distinctive leaf of the Sauvignon vine.
