From the Latin origin of the name Asolo, which for the Romans was Acelum, and from the Indo-European root * ak, "sharp place", to indicate the hilly nature of the territory and in particular the hill on which the Rocca d'Asolo stands, AKELUM is born Asolo, Andreola's Prosecco Superiore Docg.
Tasting Notes
A sparkling wine with elegant notes and delicate aromas, characterized by a fruity and floral pleasantness, with a dry aftertaste, with a fine and persistent perlage. Ideal as an aperitif, excellent with appetizers, it goes well with any dish, including fish. It is recommended to serve at 6-8 ° C.
